How to make it

  • Dice ginger and garlic (or use pre prepared pastes) and pay fry with a touch of olive oil for 3-4 mins
  • Add onions and chili powder, fry until onions are translucent
  • Add diced tomatoes and beans and the rest of the spices. You may wish to taste the sauce here if you want more of a zing add more chili powder or garam masala.
  • Also, if you want a more "liquidy" dish, and the tomatoes aren't adding enough liquid, add a touch of water mixed with tomatoe paste.
  • Serve with Basmati rice or chapati
