Easy dip that can be served with bread bites, bagel chips, etc.

Ingredients
  • 1 10oz package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and sqeezed dry
  • 16oz sour cream
  • 1c mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr vegetable soup/dip mix
  • 1c water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 3 green onions, chopped (optional-but recommended!)

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients, cover and chill 2 hours for flavors to blend. Stir before serving. Makes about 4 cups dip.
