Watergate Pistachio Fluff Salad

This fluffy salad is great as a side or as a dessert. It's nice sweet flavor compliments a picnic lunch!

1 - 4 serving package pistachio Flavored Instant Pudding shopping list
1-1/2 cup Pinapple Tidbits, undrained shopping list
(1-1/3 will equal with tibits and juice combined) shopping list
1 cup mini marshmallows shopping list
1/3 cup pecans, finely chopped shopping list
2 cups Cool Whip shopping list
ALTERNATIVE: you can also prepare pudding as directed on package, use 1 cup of pinepple, drained and 1 cup Cool Whip for less sweetness. Be sure to refrigerate an hour longer! shopping list

Mix pudding, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans together, until pudding is a bright green.
Gently fold in Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, 3 hours if using alternative method.
Enjoy!
