How to make it

  • Beat egg white until foamy.
  • Using small pastry brush, coat each petal with beaten egg white.
  • Brush lightly to remove any excess.
  • Immediately dip in sugar and place on a rack.
  • Repeat procedure with remaining petals.
  • Refrigerate overnight to dry.
  • YIELD: 4 dozen
