- 1 egg white, room temperature shopping list
- About 48 Red rose petals, washed and drained shopping list
- About 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg white until foamy.
- Using small pastry brush, coat each petal with beaten egg white.
- Brush lightly to remove any excess.
- Immediately dip in sugar and place on a rack.
- Repeat procedure with remaining petals.
- Refrigerate overnight to dry.
- YIELD: 4 dozen
