Pizza alla Matteo

- 800 gr. of white flour shopping list
- 400 gr. of water shopping list
- 25 gr. of yeast shopping list
- tea spoon of salt shopping list
- 1/2 tea spoon of sugar shopping list
- 1 espresso cup of olive oil shopping list
- Toppings: shopping list
- Mozzarella shopping list
- chopped tomatoes shopping list
- pepperoni shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- Wurstel shopping list
- cooked ham shopping list
- Mashrooms shopping list
- onions shopping list
- and whatever you have taste for shopping list
How to make it
- Put the flour in a big pan and add the water (little bit warm) with the yeast inside.
- Add the salt, the sugar and the olive oil.
- Stir with a woodden spoon till become one then work with your hands till the dough is completely dry (will not stick anymore in your hands). To do this operation maybe you need to add, from time to time, a little bit of flour.
- Put the dough in a cotton cloth and leave it in a warm place for around 2 hours. (It should grow almost double size)
- Spread butter over 3-4 large oven pans to prevent that the pizza will stick to them after the cook.
- Spread the pizza in the pan and then top up with your topping adding a little bit of olive oil on top.
- Cook in preheated oven (180 degree) for around 20 mins.
