Pizza Alla Matteo Recipe
This is a very simple way to prepare a delicious homemade pizza that can feed up to 8 people

Ingredients
  • 800 gr. of White Flour
  • 400 gr. of Water
  • 25 gr. of yeast
  • tea spoon of salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon of sugar
  • 1 espresso cup of olive oil
  • Toppings:
  • Mozzarella
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Pepperoni
  • Pepper
  • Wurstel
  • Cooked Ham
  • Mashrooms
  • Onions
  • and whatever you have taste for

Directions
  1. Put the flour in a big pan and add the water (little bit warm) with the yeast inside.
  2. Add the salt, the sugar and the olive oil.
  3. Stir with a woodden spoon till become one then work with your hands till the dough is completely dry (will not stick anymore in your hands). To do this operation maybe you need to add, from time to time, a little bit of flour.
  4. Put the dough in a cotton cloth and leave it in a warm place for around 2 hours. (It should grow almost double size)
  5. Spread butter over 3-4 large oven pans to prevent that the pizza will stick to them after the cook.
  6. Spread the pizza in the pan and then top up with your topping adding a little bit of olive oil on top.
  7. Cook in preheated oven (180 degree) for around 20 mins.
