Fried Won Tons - Pangseet

- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 lb. ground pork shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic (or 3 T. garlic spread) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 packages won ton skins shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ingredients except for skins.
- Roll meat mixture into 1/2 to 3/4 inch balls.
- Center on a won ton skin and fold skin into won ton shape, using water to seal skin together.
- Deep fry in hot oil until brown.
- Serve with sauce made from tomato ketchup and mustard mixed together. Add chili sauce, or red pepper flakes if you like a hotter sauce.
