How to make it

  • Mix ingredients except for skins.
  • Roll meat mixture into 1/2 to 3/4 inch balls.
  • Center on a won ton skin and fold skin into won ton shape, using water to seal skin together.
  • Deep fry in hot oil until brown.
  • Serve with sauce made from tomato ketchup and mustard mixed together. Add chili sauce, or red pepper flakes if you like a hotter sauce.
