A quick blender smoothie from Southern Living magazine.Delicious
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold milk ( can use white, chocolate or half milk & half yogurt) shopping list
- 1 ripe banana ( frozen if you want thicker shake ) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender, combine ingredients and process until smooth.
- Yield : 1 serving
