How to make it
- Heat oil in large heavy skillet or wok. Add pork and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until pork is cooked. Remove from skillet.
- Add onion to skillet or wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp tender. Add marmalade, chili sauce, water, and pea pods. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender. Return pork to skillet and stir fry an additional 2 minutes until thoroughly heated
