Pork And Onions With Orange Glaze Recipe
This simple five ingredient recipe starts with pork tenderloin, adds some flavorful ingredients, and is quick and easy.

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 1/4" slices
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 cups fresh snow pea pods

Directions
  1. Heat oil in large heavy skillet or wok. Add pork and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until pork is cooked. Remove from skillet.
  2. Add onion to skillet or wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp tender. Add marmalade, chili sauce, water, and pea pods. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender. Return pork to skillet and stir fry an additional 2 minutes until thoroughly heated
