How to make it

  • Scaled crab, pick meat from them.
  • Grind bread, garlic and sweet peppers.
  • Mix with crab meat
  • season
  • put this into heated cooking oil. ( Keep heat moderate )
  • stir well for about 20 minutes
  • Add parsley, onion and celery.
  • Fill very well washed crab shells.
  • sprinkle with bread crumbs
  • Put in the oven about 350 degrees and cook untill brown
  • ( You may want to sprinkle some fresh parmesan cheese before baking .)

    I miss how we used to get our own crabs off the dock! but the Puget Sound around where we live has had so many spills it's really not appetizing anymore to think about getting them unless we go out farther using the boat, but our motor got stolen, so we have to get a new one. I just LOVE seafood, and this recipe sounds easy yet delicious.
