How to make it

  • in bowl, combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • shape into 6 oval patties.
  • in skillet, brown patties, pour off fat.
  • gradually blend remainig soup into flour until smooth.
  • add to skillet with remaining ingredients; stir to remove browned bits.
  • cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
  • stir occasionally.
