Ingredients
  • 10 1/2 oz can cambell's condensed onion soup
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 tbs flour
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard

Directions
  1. in bowl, combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. shape into 6 oval patties.
  3. in skillet, brown patties, pour off fat.
  4. gradually blend remainig soup into flour until smooth.
  5. add to skillet with remaining ingredients; stir to remove browned bits.
  6. cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
  7. stir occasionally.
