Stuffed Chili Chix

- chicken shopping list
- 6 split boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 6 mild whole green chiles shopping list
- 6 slices monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1 Chinese panko bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 or 2 eggs (beaten for dipping) shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 1/2 C. picante sauce shopping list
- 1/2 C. chopped green chiles shopping list
- 1/2 C. shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Pound out chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. On each chicken breast lay a split whole green chile flat. Put a slice of Monterey Jack cheese onto of chile. Roll up chicken and dip in egg then roll in breadcrumbs. Bake at ~375 for 40 minutes or until done.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together and cook on medium heat-- pour sauce over chicken when serving.
