How to make it

  • place chicken pieces in flour. Lightly coat and set aside
  • Boil water
  • heat olive oil in large skillet
  • add onion and garlic, saute for approx 1 minute
  • add chicken (shake off excess flour) and saute until browned.
  • Add pasta to boiling water.
  • Add sundried tomatoes, artichokes and wine/broth to skillet.
  • stir well, cover and simmer on low heat approx 10 minutes, then add basil and pinenuts.
  • Drain pasta.
  • Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.

    here at chez souza my guests really enjoy this dish..i also love to prepare ,cook and eat it !!! a nice bottle of vouvray ,white wine from france goes excellent with the meal..!! leftovers are great too.
