Ingredients

1 Avocado

Squeeze of Lemon

Dash of Tabasco

Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Directions

Cut the Avocado in half and remove the stone

Using a spoon remove the flesh and place in a small bowl

Give a small squeeze of lemon to the bowl

Using a fork mash the avocado to a smooth consistency

Mix in a dash of Tabasco and seasoning

Taste and make any necessary corrections (be careful to not add too much lemon)
