Radish and Butter Bean Salad

- 5 ounces radishes thinly sliced shopping list
- 14 ounce can butter beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- Bunch of watercress, tough stems removed shopping list
- 2 oranges peeled and segmented shopping list
- 4 teaspoons orange juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh coriander chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Place radishes, butter beans, watercress and orange segments in a bowl.
- Whisk together orange juice, olive oil, coriander and seasoning.
- Pour over salad.
- Toss gently before serving.
