A good flavorful recipe for chicken. This is one that i use pretty often

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups progresso Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt (more or less to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (more or less to taste)
- 1 teaspoon pepper (more or less to taste)
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 8 chicken breast halves
Directions
- combine bread crumbs, cheese, and seasonings
- melt butter
- dip chicken in butter and roll in bread crumb mix, coating heavily
- place in baking dish
- bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees
- freezes well before or after baking
