Swordfish steaks

- 115g/4oz unsalted butter shopping list
- 2tblsp finely chopped coriander [cilantro] shopping list
- 1tblsp grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 4 swardfish steaks shopping list
- 1tblsp olive oil shopping list
- 4 zucchinis [courgettes],cut into long slices shopping list
- 1 red capsicum quartered shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Cream butter until soft mix in coriander and Parmesan.Pile into butter pot set aside
- 2 Heat barbecue grill until hot brush with oil. also brush fish with oil,place on grill,cook3-4 mins each side. Brush and spray vegies with oil place on grill,cook a few mins each side. Remove fish and vegies to heated plates. Top fish with generous dollop or coriander butter mix serve immedeatley
