Classic recipe too good not to bring out and share for the upcoming holidays. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 16 ounce carton cottage cheese
  • 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 3 ounce package orange gelatin
  • 20 ounce can mandarin orange segments drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped toasted pecans

Directions
  1. Combine cottage cheese and whipped topping in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Sprinkle dry gelatin over top and stir to mix.
  3. Fold in drained fruit.
  4. Stir in pecans just before serving.
