Ingredients

2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces

2 cups frozen cut green beans

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (14 ½ oz.) vegetable broth

1 small onion, sliced

2 teaspoons Caribbean jerk seasoning

½ teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Hot sauce to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.

Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until vegetables are tender.

Add more salt if necessarty and serve.

Super easy and came out delicious! I was doubtful at first because I'm not a huge fan of green beans but they cooked well and the stew was yummy.
