Pumpkin Custard

- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp. cornstarch shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. table salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup fat free evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup regular egg substitute shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Blend well with electric mixer and pour into 9 x 13 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
