This is a Weight Watcher recipe I modified to be even less fattening. Like pumpkin pie without the crust and no guilt!

- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. table salt
- 1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cup fat free evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup regular egg substitute
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Ingredients

1/4 tsp. ground cloves shopping list
1 tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
1 tsp. ground ginger shopping list
1 tsp. cornstarch shopping list
1/8 tsp. table salt shopping list
1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree shopping list
1 1/2 cup fat free evaporated milk shopping list
1/2 cup regular egg substitute shopping list
1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list

How to make it

Blend well with electric mixer and pour into 9 x 13 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
