Marinated Carrots

- 1 103/4 oz can tomato soup shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 1 t dry mustard shopping list
- 1 t worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper shopping list
- 1 small white onion, diced shopping list
- 5-6 large carrots, sliced and steamed ( or 1 10 oz package frozen sliced carrots.) shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, combine tomato soup and sugar, mixing until sugar dissolves.
- Stir in vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix in peppers, onions and carrots.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 1 to 2 hours before serving.
