Scalloped Oysters

- 1 can New Orleans oyster pieces, drained shopping list
- 1 pint half-and-half shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers, crumbled shopping list
- 8 T butter, cut into pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray an 8 x 2 inch Pyrex dish with nonstick spray.
- Place drained oysters in dish in an even layer.
- Pour half-and-half over the oysters until they are just covered.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover evenly with crackers.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake until set and browned on top, about 40 minutes.
