No Fuss DeerMoose Roast Recipe
This is great with either mashed or parmesan potatoes, green beans , brocolli or peas. No fuss on a busy day

Ingredients
  • 4-5 lb deer roast
  • Beef can also be used
  • 1 – 10 oz can mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • ¾ c water

Directions
  1. Allow meat to come to room temperature.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F
  3. To make gravy, combine next 3 ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Tear off piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap meat loosely ..
  5. Lay foil in roasting panbringing foil up over roasting pan (shiny side towards meat ) Place meat on top of foil and pour gravy over meat.
  6. Fold foil around meat, being careful to seal the package completely. Foil should loosely surround meat to allow juices to form a gravy.
  7. Cook in oven for 30 minutes per lb or till done.
