How to make it

  • Allow meat to come to room temperature.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • To make gravy, combine next 3 ingredients thoroughly.
  • Tear off piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap meat loosely ..
  • Lay foil in roasting panbringing foil up over roasting pan (shiny side towards meat ) Place meat on top of foil and pour gravy over meat.
  • Fold foil around meat, being careful to seal the package completely. Foil should loosely surround meat to allow juices to form a gravy.
  • Cook in oven for 30 minutes per lb or till done.
