- 4-5 lb deer roast shopping list
- beef can also be used shopping list
- 1 – 10 oz can mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix shopping list
- ¾ c water shopping list
How to make it
- Allow meat to come to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- To make gravy, combine next 3 ingredients thoroughly.
- Tear off piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap meat loosely ..
- Lay foil in roasting panbringing foil up over roasting pan (shiny side towards meat ) Place meat on top of foil and pour gravy over meat.
- Fold foil around meat, being careful to seal the package completely. Foil should loosely surround meat to allow juices to form a gravy.
- Cook in oven for 30 minutes per lb or till done.
