Ingredients
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 papaya, peeled and diced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 10-15 red pepper flakes
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1/8 cup white wine

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients and chill at least 1 hour.
