How to make it
- Sautee chicken breasts in butter to a light brown.
- Make single layer in casserole.
- Add wine & seasoning to white sauce.
- Add mushrooms and pour over chicken.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
- Sprinkle with toasted almonds 10 min. before removing from oven.
- Serves 6 to 8
