Chicken Breasts In White Wine Sauce

- 8 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless shopping list
- butter shopping list
- 3 cups rich, medium thick, white sauce shopping list
- 1 cup mushrooms, sauteed shopping list
- 1/2 cup blanched whole almonds, toasted shopping list
- 1/2 cup white cooking wine shopping list
- seasoning to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Sautee chicken breasts in butter to a light brown.
- Make single layer in casserole.
- Add wine & seasoning to white sauce.
- Add mushrooms and pour over chicken.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
- Sprinkle with toasted almonds 10 min. before removing from oven.
- Serves 6 to 8
