Ingredients
  • 8 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • Butter
  • 3 cups rich, medium thick, white sauce
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sauteed
  • 1/2 cup blanched whole almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup white cooking wine
  • Seasoning to taste

Directions
  1. Sautee chicken breasts in butter to a light brown.
  2. Make single layer in casserole.
  3. Add wine & seasoning to white sauce.
  4. Add mushrooms and pour over chicken.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
  6. Sprinkle with toasted almonds 10 min. before removing from oven.
  7. Serves 6 to 8
