Ingredients

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/4 cups buttermilk

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup white sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 egg

Directions

Preheat a skillet over a medium heat. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until the batter becomes smooth.

Pour onto the griddle, to create 5 pancakes. Flip when the edges harden then cook on other side, for same amount of time, until they become golden brown.
