How to make it

  • Preheat a skillet over a medium heat. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until the batter becomes smooth.
  • Pour onto the griddle, to create 5 pancakes. Flip when the edges harden then cook on other side, for same amount of time, until they become golden brown.

    Sadly to say, I have never been able to cook good pancakes, even the box kind! But I was very proud of the ones I made from this recipe. My three year old couldn't get enough.
