- 1 sponge flan base,supermarkets sell these shopping list
- summer berries,strawberrys.rasberries blackberries ect,ect.tinned fruit can be used if you want, shopping list
- 1 lemon sqeezed shopping list
- vanilla ice cream shopping list
- 4 egg whites,whipped with 2 or 3 oz of caster sugar till forming ribbons shopping list
- sugar shopping list
- brandy shopping list
How to make it
- put the sponge in oven proof baking dish,dont worry about the edges just sqeeze it in.make your own sponge if you want
- mix the assorted berries of your choice with the lemon,2 tbs sugar drop of brandy and stir together
- place on the sponge to the edges
- cover with about a litre of ice cream
- cover with the merenge right to the edges,so no ice cream is showing
- cook in hot oven for 3 4 mins keep your eye on it though,serve straight away with double cream and watch your waists grow.regards
