This dish is a simple but tasty way to bake chicken. Goes great with rice dishes.

Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 can salsa - chunky varieties works better than very liquid types
  • 1 medium bag Nacho Cheese Doritos

Directions
  1. Remove the skin and fat from chicken breasts.
  2. Pour the salsa into a bowl.
  3. Crush Doritos until you have about a cup of well-crushed chips and place in a second bowl.
  4. Dip the chicken into the salsa, making sure to cover the meat with salsa.
  5. Roll the salsa-dipped chicken in Doritos until the meat is coated (no need to coat the bones)
  6. Place on cookie sheet or baking pan.
  7. Bake in oven on 350 degrees until cooked (approx 30-45 min).
