Turkey san choy bao

- large iceberg lettuce shopping list
- 1/2tsp light olive oil shopping list
- 400g turkey mince shopping list
- 4 spring onions finely minced save tops shopping list
- 2tblsp salt reduced soy sauce shopping list
- 1tsp 5 spice powder shopping list
- 1tblsp corn flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup salt reduced chicken stock shopping list
- 200g can water chestnuts drained and sliced shopping list
- 1 large red chilli sliced into rounds shopping list
- 4 cups cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Remove core from lettuce, wash to help separate leaves. keep 8 larger outside leaves and crisp in fridg.
- 2 Heat oil over high heat in wok add turkey, spring onions,soy sauce and 5 spice powder cook untill brown
- 3 mix corn flour with stock and stir into meat with water chestnuts.cook further 3 mins
- 4 Soon equal amounts into chilled letuce and top with chilli. shred green tops of the onions to sprinkle over as well. Serve with steamed chinese green veges. and cooked rice
