- 1 large ready to bake piecrust shopping list
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts drained and rinsed shopping list
- 3 bunches scallions cut into 1/4” lengths including 2” of green top shopping list
- 1/4 cup peanut sauce (recipe below) shopping list
- 1/2 pound feta cheese broken into bite sized bits shopping list
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter shopping list
- 2 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili oil shopping list
How to make it
- Spread crust with peanut sauce then distribute remaining ingredients over sauce.
- Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
- To make sauce bring chicken broth to a simmer in a small pan then add the peanut butter and chili oil.
- If sauce is too thick add more chicken broth.
- If too thin add more peanut butter.
