Thai Tea Ice Cream

A quick and easy way to make Thai Tea ice cream at home. The end result will be a perfectly sweetened orange Thai tea flavored dessert. The ice cream will be nice and soft after mixing in the ice cream maker. It hardens perfectly once placed in the freezer for a few hours.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups cream shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups whole milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 7 oz currySimple Thai tea syrup shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients
- Mix together for a minute and make sure the egg is broken down
- Pour into an ice cream maker (we used a Cuisinart that cost only $50) and let mix for 30 minutes
- Put in an air tight container and keep in the freezer
