Grilled Wings Recipe
A delish spin on the old fashion deep fried wings but these are grilled to crispy perfection. Serve traditional style with celery sticks and choice of blue cheese or ranch dressing

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs wings tipped and divided
  • 1 lb butter
  • 12 oz Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 2 (.7oz) pkgs. dry Italian dressing mix
  • celery sticks
  • ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Directions
  1. Fire up the grill.
  2. Mix over very LOW heat the butter, dressing mix and hot sauce. Do not over heat or the butter will separate.
  3. Clean the wings by taking off the tip and dividing into two sections.
  4. Place wing pieces on grill and allow to cook for 2 minutes on first side. Flip.
  5. Baste wings with sauce mix, turning every 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Continue to turn and baste wings until they are crispy and well done.
  7. Serve with celery and choice of dressing.
