Grilled Wings

- 3 lbs wings tipped and divided shopping list
- 1 lb butter shopping list
- 12 oz louisiana hot sauce shopping list
- 2 (.7oz) pkgs. dry Italian dressing mix shopping list
- celery sticks shopping list
- ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping shopping list
How to make it
- Fire up the grill.
- Mix over very LOW heat the butter, dressing mix and hot sauce. Do not over heat or the butter will separate.
- Clean the wings by taking off the tip and dividing into two sections.
- Place wing pieces on grill and allow to cook for 2 minutes on first side. Flip.
- Baste wings with sauce mix, turning every 2 to 3 minutes.
- Continue to turn and baste wings until they are crispy and well done.
- Serve with celery and choice of dressing.
