- 6 md DICED zucchini, 6 CUPS shopping list
- 4 tb MELTED butter DIVIDED shopping list
- 2 md diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 c 4oz SHREDDED CHEDDAR shopping list
- 1 c CUBED VELVEETA shopping list
- 1 c SOFT bread CRUMBS shopping list
- 2 BEATEN eggs shopping list
- 2 tb DRIED MINCED onion shopping list
- 1 tb dried parsley shopping list
- 1 ts dried basil shopping list
- 1/2 ts CAVENDERS shopping list
- 1/2 ts garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 ts salt shopping list
- 1/2 ts pepper shopping list
How to make it
- SAUTE ZUCCHINI IN 2 TB BUTTER UNTIL CRISP-TENDER; DRAIN WELL. IN A BOWL, COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS. STIR IN THE ZUCCHINI AND REMAINING BUTTER. TRANSFER TO AN UNGREASED 2-QT BAKING DISH. BAKE, UNCOVERED, AT 350 FOR 25-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLY. LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
