  • 6 md DICED ZUCCHINI, 6 CUPS
  • 4 tb MELTED BUTTER DIVIDED
  • 2 md DICED TOMATOES
  • 1 c 4oz SHREDDED CHEDDAR
  • 1 c CUBED VELVEETA
  • 1 c SOFT BREAD CRUMBS
  • 2 BEATEN EGGS
  • 2 tb DRIED MINCED ONION
  • 1 tb DRIED PARSLEY
  • 1 ts DRIED BASIL
  • 1/2 ts CAVENDERS
  • 1/2 ts GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/2 ts SALT
  • 1/2 ts PEPPER

Directions
  1. SAUTE ZUCCHINI IN 2 TB BUTTER UNTIL CRISP-TENDER; DRAIN WELL. IN A BOWL, COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS. STIR IN THE ZUCCHINI AND REMAINING BUTTER. TRANSFER TO AN UNGREASED 2-QT BAKING DISH. BAKE, UNCOVERED, AT 350 FOR 25-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLY. LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
