Warm salad of lamb

- 4 tomatoes, Roma[plum] shopping list
- ground black pepper shopping list
- 2tsp paprika shopping list
- 1crushed clove garlic shopping list
- 1tsp cumin shopping list
- 1tsp garam marsala shopping list
- 1tblsp olive oil shopping list
- 400g lamb shanks shopping list
- 1 spanish onion sliced shopping list
- 1 small Lebanese cucumber sliced shopping list
- 100g rocket lettuce leaves shopping list
- Dressing shopping list
- 1tblsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2tblsp lemon juice shopping list
- ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven 180c [350f] line tray with backing paper
- Slice tomatoes lengthways,place cut side up on tray season with pepper
- Roast 20mins,remove and cool
- In a bowl mix paprika, garlic, cumin,garmin marsaia.and oil
- heat grill or barbcue to hot, Dip meat into spice cook 2mins each side,set aside for 5 mins covered with foil to rest
- In a small bowl whisk all dressing ingredients. Place onion cucumber and rocket leaves in a bowl Add dressing and combine
- Layer salad on plates with lamb and roasted tomatoes
