Apricot Loaf

- 142 mls milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 75 gms dried apricots shopping list
- 2 tbs apricot jam shopping list
- 3 tbs golden syrup shopping list
- 175 gm flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 tsp mixed spice shopping list
How to make it
- Put milk and sugar into a pan, heat gently until sugar is disolved, do not over heat.
- Add golden syrup, mix
- Add egg and beat well.
- Add sifted flour, baking soda and mixed spice. Stir until well mixed and add apricots.
- Pour into a greased loaf tin.
- Bake for 45 - 55 mins @ 180C
- When cooked slice. Eat as is or serve buttered
