Speedy Stroganoff

- 2 to 3 cups diced leftover roast beef shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup (dry mix) shopping list
- 1 can or jar (4 oz) sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup cream or half and half shopping list
- 1 or 2 tablespoons sour cream, if desired shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except the cream in the slow cooker/Crock Pot. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Add cream and sour cream, if using, 10 minutes before done; salt and pepper to taste. Thin with milk if desired. Serve over cooked egg noodles and enjoy
