How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients except the cream in the slow cooker/Crock Pot. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Add cream and sour cream, if using, 10 minutes before done; salt and pepper to taste. Thin with milk if desired. Serve over cooked egg noodles and enjoy
