How to make it

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Beat the eggs, milk and water in a small bowl until blended.
  • Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add egg mixture.
  • Whisk just until combined, ignoring any lumps.
  • Heat a small skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread a few drops of oil over the surface.
  • Pour in 1/4 cup of the batter and quickly tilt skillet to spread the batter over the entire surface.
  • Cook until brown on the bottom, turn and cook until brown on the other side.
  • Stack crepes on a plate.
  • If you wish to freeze the crepes for later use, layer a piece of waxed paper between each one, then slip the stack into a sealable plastic bag to freeze.
  • * serving amount really varies. but if more is needed , just make another batch. : )
