Apricot Pineapple Baked Ham Recipe
This is a beautiful centerpiece on any holiday table. Easy to make too.

Ingredients
  • 1- 6 pound cooked butt or shank ham
  • 1 large egg Yolk
  • 1 cup apricot-pineapple jam
  • Pecan halves, optional
  • Pineapple slices
  • Apricot halves

Directions
  1. Place ham, fat side up, in a baking pan and bake, uncovered, in a 325° oven for 45 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and diagonally slash outer layer of fat. (Yes, it sounds terrible, but that's how you do it.)
  3. In a small bowl, mix egg yolk and jam well.
  4. Brush over the ham.
  5. Stud with the pecans.
  6. Return to oven and bake for 45-60 minutes more, until glaze is browned.
  7. Transfer ham to a serving platter and garnish with pineapple slices and apricot halves.
