Ingredients

1 T. sugar

1 T. vinegar

3 medium avocados, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped

1 (14 oz) can stewed tomatoes, mashed

1 medium bunch green onions, chopped

1/2 large white onion

4 Roma tomatoes, chopped

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 c. fresh cilantro, minced

1 tsp. cumin

Garlic powder to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

1 or 2 fresh jalapeño chiles, chopped (optional)

Directions

Whisk the sugar and vinegar in a bowl. Add the avocados, stewed tomatoes, green onions, white onion, Roma tomatoes, salt, pepper and jalapeño chiles to the sugar mixture and mix well. Chill, covered, for 1 hour.
