Ingredients
  • 2ts butter
  • 1ts dijon mustard
  • sprinkle savory spice over it
  • a bit of oilive oil
  • black pepper

Directions
  1. soften the butter in the microwave for about 10 seconds add mustard and all ingredients mix well.
  2. pour over chicken or vegetables.
