How to make it

  • In a large bowl, beat first 6 ingredients until well blended. Mixture will be thick. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar or chocolate glaze.

    The cake was good, but I thought it had too much chocolate with the chips. Next time I will omit the chips and use the glaze.

    This cake is absolutely amazing... I adore it. My fiance made it for our anniversary. He can't make it too often though because I will eat ALL of it. Great recipe, we decided to leave out the almond for the second time around.
