How to make it

  • Melt butter in a large stock pot. Add celery and onion and saute over medium-high heat until onion is translucent.
  • Add chicken, carrots, water, bouillon, marjarom, pepper, bay leaf and parsley. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes.
  • Add noodles and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Sounds delicious! I felt lousy when I woke up this morning so had some chicken noodle cup-a-soup. wish this had been in my fridge instead!
