This is another fantastic recipe I obtained from my mther-in-law. She made these every summer when vegetables were plentiful in her garden every year. Boy how I miss this. Enjoy

I tried this recipe 2 ways, first chopping vegetablea then shredding vegetables. everyone that has tried this recipe loves both but prefers the shredded better. I also left out the red peppers as I don't like them. The chow-chow still turned out excellent. I recommend this recipe to anyone. it is very simple to make, even for someone who has never made relish before. great....great recipe, thank you for sharing it with us
