Sweet fluffy dessert, great with vanilla cookies or a slice of angel food cake.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Fresh Raspberries, washed
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Whipping Cream
  • NOTE: Frozen raspberries and strawberries can be used, thawed and drained, just omit sugar.

Directions
  1. Combine berries and sugar in medium saucepan.
  2. Let stand 10 minutes to extraxct juices.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until soft.
  4. Strain berries, discarding seeds.
  5. Chll thoroughly.
  6. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form; fold into fruit mixture.
  7. Spoon into individual serving dishes, chill until firm.
  8. Serve with vanilla cookies or angel food cake.
