warm mediterranean chickpeas salad

- 2 carrots shopping list
- 1 big tomato shopping list
- 1/2 little onionil shopping list
- 150 g ham shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 150 g semi-cured cheese shopping list
- 10 cl olive oil shopping list
- 200 g chickpeas shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the chickpeas and the whole peeled carrots for 15 min. in the pressure cooker.
- Boil the two eggs for 10 min.
- Drain the chickpeas and the carrots and leave them release most of the heat
- Peel the eggs
- Peel and chop the tomato to aprox. 1 cubic cm slices
- Chop the boiled carrots the same way
- Chop onion in tiny slices
- Chop ham and cheese (1 cubic cm aprox.)
- Slice boiled eggs
- Mix every chopped ingredient with the boiled chickpeas
- Add salt
- Spill with olive oil and mix all
