How to make it

  • Boil the chickpeas and the whole peeled carrots for 15 min. in the pressure cooker.
  • Boil the two eggs for 10 min.
  • Drain the chickpeas and the carrots and leave them release most of the heat
  • Peel the eggs
  • Peel and chop the tomato to aprox. 1 cubic cm slices
  • Chop the boiled carrots the same way
  • Chop onion in tiny slices
  • Chop ham and cheese (1 cubic cm aprox.)
  • Slice boiled eggs
  • Mix every chopped ingredient with the boiled chickpeas
  • Add salt
  • Spill with olive oil and mix all
