Ingredients

Half a piece of tuna (big eye tuna) - bout 400g, cut few slits diagonally across the fish

2 teaspoon of wasabi paste - marinate

1/4 teaspoon of salt - marinate

1 teaspoon of teriyaki sauce - marinate

1 teaspoon of indian mix fish spices

1 teaspoon of sesame oil

few slices of ginger, cut thinly

1 tablespoon of chopped onion

1 piece of aluminium foil

Directions

Marinate tuna with the marinate ingredients for few mins.

Place tuna on the aluminium foil.

Place ginger and onion on top of the fish.

Drizzle sesame oil over the fish.

Bake for 25mins under 190 degree celcius heat.

Well, this is interesting! I love tuna and wasabi but never thought to add Indian curry spice to the mix. Have to try it and see what happens. Thanks for posting :)
