How to make it

  • Over a medium-low heat add the onions, butter, a pinch of salt, the squash and the water (or stock) and cover for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the cover, turn the heat up to medium and add the Worcestershire and Thyme
  • Let the liquid evaporate and when your squash is tender, its ready!
  • Enjoy
