Ingredients
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, juice reserved
  • 1 (29 oz) can sliced peaches
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine, cut in small chunks

Directions
  1. Combine fruit juices and set aside.
  2. Chop peaches into chunks and combine with pineapple.
  3. Spread fruit evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over fruit.
  5. Top cake mix with chunks of margarine.
  6. Pour fruit juices over entire cake mix.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
