Tater Tot Tuna Casserole

A variation on tuna noodle casserole.
Ingredients
- 2 cans solid white albacore tuna shopping list
- 1 can Campbell's Fiesta Nacho cheese soup shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 package frozen tater tots shopping list
- 2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 cup frozen peas shopping list
- 1 cup finely diced onion shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 cloves finely chopped or smashed garlic shopping list
- 1 tbs Frank's Red hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1 cup smashed potato chips or Fritos, choose any flavor shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- cover bottom of cooking sprayed 13X9 baking dish with tater tots
- mix all ingredients in large bowl, reserving 1 cup cheese
- pour ingredients over tater tots
- cover with remaining cheese
- sprinkle mashed chips over top of ingredients
- bake tented with foil for 30 minutes
- bake uncovered until top just starts to brown
- remove from oven and enjoy
