This is the all time snack for a big party and they go quick so I suggest making 2 batches.

Ingredients
  • 3 oz. packages of cream cheese
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box vanilla wafers (crushed)
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place crushed wafers into cupcake holders
  3. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla in a Large bowl
  4. Fill cupcake holders with mixture
  5. Bake for 15 minutes
  6. Let cool and top with pie filling
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
