Skip-A-Step Lasagna

- 2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 2 (15 1/2 oz) jars pasta sauce shopping list
- 4 slightly beaten eggs shopping list
- 3 c cottage cheese shopping list
- 2/3 c grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 t italian seasoning shopping list
- 18 lasagna noodles shopping list
- 3 c shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 2 c boiling water shopping list
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef; drain
- Stir in pasta sauce; let simmer while mixing other ingredients
- In a bowl, combine eggs and cottage cheese.
- Add 2/3 c grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- In a 9x13 pan and an 8" square pan, place 6 cooked noodles (breaking noodles as needed to fit)
- Spread 1/3 of the meat sauce on top of the noodles, followed by 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture.
- Top with 1 c Mozzarella cheese
- Repeat layer. Top with 6 remaining noodles and meat sauce.
- Pour boiling water around edges of pans.
- Cover tightly with foil
- Bake at 350 deg F for 1 hour
- Remove foil
- Sprinkle with remaining 1 c of Mozzarella and 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 3-5 minutes more, uncovered, or until cheese melts.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
